Terms and Conditions for Hustle and Buzzle Nigeria

These terms explain how our platform works and what is expected from everyone who uses it. By creating an account or using any part of Hustle and Buzzle Nigeria, you agree to follow these terms fully.

Introduction

Hustle and Buzzle is a digital freelance platform owned and operated by Hustle and Buzzle Concepts, registered in Nigeria under BN-9044646. We connect advertisers with earners who complete simple online tasks such as liking posts, following pages, writing reviews, and other small digital engagements.

We do not allow any illegal activity, including money laundering, Ponzi schemes, fake investment programs, or anything that misleads users. Our platform is strictly for genuine digital tasks and advertising services.

Earner Terms

A one-time activation fee of ₦1,000 is required to unlock earning features. This fee is non-refundable.
Your account becomes active only after your payment has been successfully confirmed.
Every task submitted is reviewed before approval. Only correct and honest submissions will be paid.
If you unlike, unfollow, or remove your action after submitting a task, the task will be rejected.
Your social media accounts must be real, active, and verifiable, no fake or newly created accounts.
Submitting tasks you did not complete will result in rejection and may lead to penalties.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000 with a standard processing fee of 15%.
Withdrawals are sent instantly to your registered bank account. If a withdrawal fails due to network issues, the money will be refunded back to your balance.
You are responsible for protecting your login details. We are not responsible for losses if your account is accessed by someone else.
Any suspicious or fraudulent activity will lead to suspension and loss of earnings.

Advertiser Terms

Advertisers must provide correct links, instructions, and details for their tasks. Incorrect details will result in rejection and a refund.
A campaign can only be canceled before it is approved by admin. A 98% refund will apply.
Reposting or duplicating tasks may affect performance and accuracy of results.
Advertisers must read and understand service descriptions before placing any order.

General Rules

Abusive language, false accusations, or negative comments aimed at Hustle and Buzzle or advertisers will lead to immediate account termination.
We may suspend or terminate an account at any time if you violate our rules or behave inappropriately.
Prices, features, and rules may change at any time as needed for platform improvement.
All users must follow Nigerian laws related to digital services and online activities.

Limitation of Liability

Hustle and Buzzle is not responsible for losses caused by network problems, third-party failures, social media restrictions, or negligence from the user. You are responsible for your actions and activities on the platform. We do not guarantee profit or specific earnings.

Refund Policy

All payments on Hustle and Buzzle, including activation fees and advertising charges, are non-refundable.
No refund will be issued after any service or task has been paid for, whether used fully or partly.
If an advertiser's task is rejected before approval, a partial refund of up to 98% may apply.
Failed withdrawals due to bank or network issues will be reversed back to the user's balance automatically.
All financial actions on the platform are final once processed.

Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved under Nigerian legal authority.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. By continuing to use the platform after updates, you accept the new changes.
